Real-Time Tracking and Full Oversight with Permit Tracker

Alpine’s Permit Tracker portal gives you full transparency into every stage of the permit process. The Tracker gives you at a glance…

  • live status tracking of any individual permit application
  • the ability to control access to a permit’s status, enabling full transparency
  • audit histories for a customer or pole.

The result: a more easily audited workflow than ever before.

NESC Compliance Isn’t Optional—It’s Built In

Joint-use poles with improperly installed attachments can be a danger to technicians and a financial and legal risk to your utility.

That’s why Alpine takes a compliance-first approach to every attachment.

We put each permit application through an internal review and structural analysis, while automated checks alert us to missing data or non-compliant requests. Everything is documented with thorough audit trails recording the safety steps we’ve taken to keep a permit compliant.

Additionally, post-construction, we conduct a field inspection to review every attachment made to ensure it is built according to permit and NESC guidelines. If not, we notify the relevant attacher and work with them to remedy violations to come into compliance.
